Trust envelope
Future architecture, conventional trust signals.
Folium Systems builds differently, but banks, lenders, buyers, and partners should still see a clear domain, a clear boundary, and a conventional verification path.
Domain split
Two owned routes, one company identity.
`foliumsys.com` is the short human sales and mail domain for Folium Systems. `foliumsystems.com` remains the deeper authority site with service catalog, proof pages, capability manifests, trust pages, and AI-readable documentation.
Mail status
Owned control plane. External mail activation still gated.
Folium has an owned private mail-control system, but public bank and lender email must use a clean reputation path. Direct SMTP from residential or mismatched IP space is not treated as a production business email route.
Working locally
Private webmail, staff mailboxes, local alias routing, DKIM keying, noindex mail portal, notifications, and readiness checks.
Gated externally
Public MX, SPF, DMARC, clean outbound relay or mail egress IP, PTR/rDNS alignment, and warm-up are not yet complete.
Do not use yet
Do not treat direct outbound from the current residential-style WAN IP as bank/lender production email.
Correct next step
Use CT701 as the owned control plane, then route outbound through authenticated clean egress with aligned SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
Buyer safety
What Folium will not ask for in first contact.
A first review does not require credentials, private customer records, bank data, production API keys, regulated files, or live provider access. Folium starts by mapping the work and deciding the smallest safe proof route.
No surprise sensitive intake
Do not send secrets, credentials, customer files, or regulated records through public contact. Folium confirms a scoped intake path before sensitive material is exchanged.
No unsupported authority claims
Folium is not a bank, lender, broker, payment processor, auditor, regulator, law firm, or investment adviser. Folium builds controlled AI and software operating systems around approved business workflows.
Human approval remains visible
Human-in-the-Middle control is the operating doctrine. Folium uses review gates, evidence records, source boundaries, and launch decisions before live dependency changes.
How to proceed
Prepare the brief first. Send sensitive details only after scope is confirmed.
Use the controlled contact route to prepare a browser-only audit brief. The current public email domain is being hardened for production email authentication, so the safest first move is a scoped, human-confirmed review path.
